Chrome concepts is a specially designed, ready to use, solvent based liquid that can
achieve an unmatched chrome appearance to any chrome paint. We have all seen chrome
spray paint turn to a dull gray as it dries. Well, that stops here!
Chrome concepts contains a unique particle matter that when applied correctly will give up
to 95% reflectivity of hard chrome. It is applied with conventional equipment from pencil
airbrushes to a full sized HVLP spray gun and can be applied to virtually any surface that
can be painted such as “wood, metal, plastics, glass, and ceramic” just to name a few.
Chrome Concepts is a simple 3 step process; base coat, chrome spray, and clear coat.
The base coat should be applied in even thin wet coats and fully cured. Once cured,
chrome spray is applied with very light dusting coats until desired coverage is achieved
allowing 10-15 minutes and a light buffing between each coat. If you don’t use all the
chrome spray, just pour it back into its container and use again at a later time. The
reflective surface can be top coated with a clear coat for chrome appearance or a candy
colored clear for a more unique look.
Each kit comes with black base coat, chrome spray, top coat, hardener, and easy to follow
detailed instructions with tips for best results. The only tool you need other than standard
